door-to-door service if available, as soon as we receive the telephone, fax or other files from the customers, if the site in Hubei province, we can arrive to the site within 24 hours; if the site in Chinese mainland, we can arrive to the site within 3 working days; if the site in outside of China, we can arrive to the site within 5-7 working days.

8. Electricaltech Cable has built the after-sales service department, has a professional after-sales service team, all staff are from the technology R&D development department, quality inspection center, production department, general management department and sales department (including the international trade department), "Gold cup and silver cup are not as good as the reputation of customers", everything is for the customer all to customers, Electricaltech cable will try our best to provide the over-value products and warmly service to the customers.
